Igor Gorin, Founder & CEO

Steven plans overall strategy and brand development for the creative process and has been a core team member in working to define and then build company brands through integrated branding and online programs. He has worked with companies such as Wells Fargo, The Gap, Pet Food Express, Woodland Hills Wine Company, Noble Supply and Logistics and Visa International, and led the design of the Ask Jeeves online brand.
Michael Zinke, Web Design and Usability Director Michael manages SysIQ's user interface development strategy. He focuses on discovering and defining the unique aspects of a company or product that can drive successful sales and traffic. He uses a site development methodology that focuses on how customer shop. He has extensive experience with brand development, site development, site architecture and has worked with past clients such as Hewlett-Packard, Visa International, Woodland Hills Wine Company, Parts Town and Noble Supply and Logistics. |
As chief executive officer, Igor is responsible for the global SysIQ operations and the overall company strategy. Igor brings over 15 years of industry expertise to SysIQ and leads business development and sales operations. He has been advising small and middle market companies for over five years. He has participated on several boards and was working with management on asset integrations as well as divestitures. His specific industry experience includes consumer products and services, basic manufacturing, food services and interactive marketing. Prior to co-founding SysIQ, Igor followed the technology and Internet sectors as an Equity Research Analyst at Palomar Capital Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of United Asset Management Group. Igor cofounded and started a number of successful businesses. In 1997 Igor started National Textbook Network and launched Bookrun.com, an online reseller of textbooks that was later sold to a large online marketplace. Igor developed his management expertise working for companies like Delta Dental Corporation and C-Cor Electronics. Igor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of San Francisco.
Roman brings years of finance and accounting experience to SysIQ. Prior to co-founding SysIQ, Roman served as Senior Financial Project Manager at ROIdirect.com. Roman also worked in senior financial positions at Providian Financial, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, and Pacific Telesis. Roman earned an MBA in International Business from INSEAD, France and received an undergraduate degree in economics and business from the University of California, Berkeley
Ilya is SysIQ's technology guru, managing SysIQ's infrastructure and client implementations. He brings years of Internet technology experience to SysIQ. Ilya is an experienced systems architect with deep understanding of hardware, software and business aspects of e-commerce implementations. Prior to co-founding SysIQ, Ilya served in senior software engineering positions at multiple Silicon Valley companies. Ilya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from UC Davis and a Master of Science from Stanford University.
Colin works with SysIQ's customers in a number of professional services related activities, in particular enterprise-class web site implementation. He brings years of experience in project and account management to SysIQ and, prior to SysIQ, worked as a Project Manager and Producer for dot-com start-ups Propel, ROIdirect.com, and Healthshop.com. Colin earned a Bachelor or Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California. 
Chris works with SysIQ's customers in a variety of professional services related activities, in particular maximizing the business value of online sites. He brings years of experience in account management and marketing to SysIQ. Prior to SysIQ he worked in various positions for CCI, NewTerra, Colo.com, ROIdirect.com and Tymnet. Chris earned a Bachelor or Arts degree in Economics from Rockford College and a MUP from San Jose State University.
