We pay close attention to professional development courses, workshops, knowledge management system, e-library and wiki to ensure that people with SysIQ are empowered to cope with the most challenging tasks. We offer our employees the learning paths that are advanced in knowledge and intensive in delivery.

EducateIQ trainings include Java, JavaScript, OOP, Quality Assurance, Process Management, HTML/CSS, GUI, Ecommerce and other topics of importance. Support engineers have the opportunity to improve their skills on Web and application servers, DBMS setup, Management and Support. If we see a training opportunity outside our premises, we encourage people to use it, with all the expenses on the company’s account.

We strive to have the most skilled and professional people in the industry and we work closely with local Java communities, user groups, academic faculties, and students.
