Recruitment Referral Program

Expect a hard cash income with SysIQ recruitment referral program, which we launched to attract the best IT professionals on the market. Due to our rapid business expansion and significant growth prospects, we have a number of open vacancies, and we seek to fill these with the most adequate and talented people. Now anyone can participate in this process and benefit from our growth!

Program Summary:

We will award anyone who will recommend a hiring prospect/candidate for any of our open positions with a one-time $500 USD bonus (regular positions) or $1,000 bonus (senior development and management/team lead positions). The referral bonus would be paid out upon candidate successfully passing a trial period (typically three months) and getting a full time position at SysIQ Ukraine.

Program Process:

1. Recommend - Mail the name of the candidate, the position he or she would fit the most, and any contact info to jobs@sysiq.com (with the “Recommendation” in the Subject field). CVs are welcome but not required. You don’t need to give us any assurances or to verify if this candidate is actively seeking a job, and you’re not responsible in any way for this candidate passing the trial period or for his or her professional qualities. Feel free to recommend any IT professional / developer with any specialization from your list of contacts, friends, professional network, etc. Sorry, but you can’t recommend yourself :)

2. Know the results - Within two business days from the moment you send the recommendation to jobs@sysiq.com, we’ll inform you whether your recommendation has or has not been accepted.
Please note that we would not accept your recommendation if our HR specialists already have the candidate’s CV in the database and / or have been in touch with the candidate within the last three months.

3. Get paid - After the candidate successfully passes the trial period (typically three months) and gets a full time position at SysIQ Ukraine, our HR specialist will contact and inform you regarding the payment procedure and the required documents to receive the payment.
Please note: To contact you, we would be using the contact information you provided when submitting your recommendation, and we would not be responsible for bonus non-payment if we cannot reach you using the contact info that you have provided. All income taxes are paid by you.
