Senior Frontend Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop enterprise-level ecommerce solutions
• Understand and analyze technical specifications and requirements
• Estimate and plan project tasks
• Work in collaboration with company’s Graphic Designers & UX Designers to turn their vision into functional HTML templates
• Work in conjunction with company’s Back End Development team to ensure proper implementation of website data and functionality
• Help with managing projects through design, development and QA processes
• Continue to expand knowledge of new technologies, as well as strengthen current knowledgebase
• Be ready to take part in coaching activities for newcomers and less experienced employees in your team
• Take part in creating & updating coding standards, preparing development documentation

Candidate Requirements:

• Expert knowledge hand-coding in CSS and HTML (including HTML5, CSS3)
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, and related frameworks in cross-platform development
• Experience with CMS
• Solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues
• Ability to create code with thought given to UX, accessibility, and SEO
• Experience with client-side performance optimization
• Debugging and problem solving skills (familiarity with debugging tools: firebug, inspector, etc.)
• Ability to follow technical specifications and production processes.
• Proficiency with Adobe CS package (Photoshop/Fireworks etc.) - at least in slicing mockups
• Experience with time & task management systems
• Experience with version control systems

• Experience in ecommerce developemt
• Back-end experience (Java, PHP etc.).
• Experience with mobile web development.
• Experience working in a team environment on multiple projects
