Senior Java Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Development and refactoring of Java/J2EE based ecommerce applications
• Object-oriented analysis and design for enterprise level ecommerce solutions
• Review customer requirements and specifications, plan and coordinate tasks within the team and with team lead
• Code review
• Provide mentoring to other team members
• Research, learn and use new ecommerce and development technologies and techniques

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years of Java programming, strong knowledge of Java core, knowledge of design patterns
• JSP, Servlets, Spring and JMS messaging as a plus
• Experience in XML, JDBC, SQL; Build automation (ant) is a plus
• General knowledge of Web2.0 (DHTML+Ajax+JS)
• Knowledge of CMS, knowledge/experience with ecommerce solutions is a plus
• Technical English, fluent spoken English is mandatory
• Skills in Technical Design Specifications writing
