Technical Account Manager

Role Responsibilities:

  • All direct technical high level interactions with existing (post-implementation) customers, which will include:gathering and narrowing down requirements for new features, accurate tracking of changes to approved requirements, troubleshooting with customer's business level issues that are beyond expertise of support team, coordinating efforts of support, customer services, quality assurance teams, documenting features and new requirements, managing the deployment process and its schedule
  • Conduct meetings with customers (weekly or more often) to provide status on current issues and projects
  • Assist management team with planning resource utilization for assigned customers
  • Analyze recurring issues and document prevention strategies

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background
  • Web projects experience
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Result orientedness and attention to details
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Advanced or fluent English
  • Experience in external communications is a plus
  • Ecommerce experience is a plus
