The balance between flexible thinking and profound sense of responsibility is carefully maintained at SysIQ, with the latter somehow becoming the natural characteristic of everyone who jumps on board, as well as helpful can-do-attitude. It’s important, because doing things which have never been done before is our job here, and in order to succeed we need to share that team spirit. Also, it's great to know that the company wants you to focus on the results, not the bureaucracy procedures. Flexible work schedule is great, SysIQ is a result-oriented, not 9-to-5 oriented company. All of it allows me to concentrate all my powers on complex and challenging QA tasks, manage the in-house and remote QA teams, pay attention to self-education and training, and, last but not least, have the occasional business trips to US which are always a great experiences.

If you’re looking for professional opportunities and a company that cares about its’ employees, SysIQ is definitely the one. Working on a full-scale ecommerce sites, being a part of a big friendly team, utilizing the most sophisticated tools and techniques in the industry, is just what I need from the job, and I enjoy a great recipe for professional growth we have here. An extensive training program is also a huge plus for this company, with HTML/CSS, usability and JavaScript trainings giving us GUI developers all the tips and tricks we can dream of. I love team spirit and culture here at SysIQ, that allows us to effectively share our knowledge with newcomers, teach them the ways and the processes, so they could instantly feel they’re doing their part and actually do it. Another great thing about our company is that management’s philosophy is all about understanding the situation and making the best use of it. I believe there are not so many companies out there that make it possible for a young mother like me to be close to my baby and take care of GUI Team Lead duties from home at the same time, keeping me in the comfort zone between the business goals and my personal needs.

To me it’s all about being excited. Before joining SysIQ there were a lot of things I didn’t know about marketing campaigns, landing pages, usability, user experience and ecommerce in general, but I do now and what is even more important I have the freedom to innovate, test new ideas and receive practical knowledge I can further develop my career on. The atmosphere is great and I love the policy of minimum bureaucracy, so that I can focus on getting things done, and the fact that I can manage my own schedule is really important to me. But what really makes a difference here at SysIQ is the friendly and inspiring team along with proper senior management and leadership - I believe we have the potential and will become the best ecommerce solution provider on the market, and I want to be a part of it.

It's been one year that I've spent with SysIQ, but I must say it was a time of noticeable achievements for me in terms of professional growth. Ecommerce projects packed with a really engaging riddles and puzzles, latest development technologies, trainings in the company's premises, comparatively large GUI team that's supportive, light-hearted and generally a great team to be with, makes SysIQ THE place for me. The company is evolving and growing fast, and the opportunities here are obvious for people who know what they want and where they're going. The culture and the overall atmosphere here is great, which is a rare virtue for the companies in the industry, at least for the companies I've worked for. The management's attitude is as positive and productive as it can get, and I won't be left alone if I have any questions or concerns. Here management does know how to take care of the issues, and what compensation, benefits, and challenges to offer to let us, the developers, know that we matter and our work matters.
