How we do it

The key to successfully implementing site after site is having a repeatable process. At SysIQ, that process always begins with a deep dive into discovery. The first phase of work starts with your business: everything from what you've done in the past, to how your back-end systems work, and what your future market strategies are expected to be. Out of this process, we build the requirements documentation that will be the groundwork for the entire project.

After signing-off on the Discovery Phase, we move into the User Experience Phase. This begins with wireframes. Unlike regular wireframing tools, in our UX Studio, not only do we build dynamic wireframes that you can interact with - click buttons, move from page to page, select drop-downs, etc. - but we also use it to capture annotations, decisions and the evolution of your wireframes from the beginning to the end of the process. Instead of static wireframes printed out on a piece of paper, with SysIQ, you get interactive wireframes that show how your site will work. The completion of the wireframes is the perfect launching pad for the design of your site's look-and-feel.

Once the design is complete, the development can begin - this includes both the coding and the testing, which happen in parallel. Once our QA team has signed off on the functionality, we hand the site over to you for User Acceptance Testing. When you give the site your stamp of approval, it will be ready to launch.
