With our data center and connectivity we can scale your networking environment as your business grows, provide stable performance and security for your data and operations. Our high-tech data center with secure entry and biometric access control, trained uniformed guards, state of the art fire protection systems, and autonomous power sources are connected directly to the NTT/Verio backbone and have direct, high-speed, multiple-linked connections. Because NTT/Verio maintains its own network backbone and infrastructure, we do not need to purchase connectivity from other providers. Customer traffic is routed across the backbone to its destination, or, if the destination is on another ISP’s network, routed to the nearest geographic peering point. Our networks feature wire-speed switching and routing with multi-gigabit capacities, and our data center is connected to the backbone via at least two redundant Gigabit Ethernet uplinks from each of the redundant core routers, keeping your data moving even if a link fails. SysIQ technology infrastructure is designed to deliver 100% server uptime, and we guarantee 99.99% of it.

SysIQ Enterprise Hosting networks

SysIQ's Enterprise Hosting data center networks are fully redundant inside, utilizing redundant routing and switching equipment, dynamic routing protocols with multiple uplink connections and routing paths to the backbone. In case of core equipment or link failures our data center network redundancy is optimized for the fastest automatic failover. Data center aggregation switch-routers which serve dedicated servers and advanced solutions are equipped with redundant processor modules with automatic failover to standby if the primary module fails. All major switching and routing devices are equipped with redundant power supplies on independent power circuits.

Balance and resiliency

In the data center and throughout our network backbone, SysIQ employs several methods to ensure that every communication channel has a second communication channel for balancing and resiliency. Each critical element in the POP architecture has a redundant element connected to it for the purpose of traffic control and resiliency. At the aggregation routers (the lower row of routers which connect the customers to the POP), we provide load-balancing across multiple circuits to the customer premises.

Our highly efficient disk backups protect up to 72 GB of data with low impact on server and network performance. Full restore points of the application server’s file system are established every day without the need of full repetitive backup. Cost effective tape backups protect up to 800 GB with daily backups and 28 days of retention for fast restores and business continuity. We also offer offsite tape vaulting for the added protection of an extended retention period for your data, and offline, online and mirrored online database backups to keep the precious data available at all times. All data is protected from unauthorized access and tampering by 128-bit or 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard.
