Enfinity Suite 6 MultiSite Technology is a set of modules (Channels) which can be added and modified to fine tune the Enfinity's ecommerce engine to your business model and processes, and used for numerous optimizations of work flow:
- Consumer Channel - contains the tools for catalog and order management, along with a number of predefined B2C processes. It includes personalization functionality (wish lists, ratings, profiles) that enhances user experience, merchandising and marketing tools (including SEO-friendly ones), integrated A/B testing so you can test and perfect your campaigns, and direct storefront editing.
- Business Channel - catalog and order management, predefined B2B business processes, sophisticated B2B models, customer-specific pricing rules and custom authorisation, classification of products and categories under eClass and UNSPSC standards - if you sell B2B, this module has all you need.
- Partner Channel - with this model a multi-tier demand chains can be mapped and managed from a central location.
