San Francisco, May 13th - SysIQ, Inc. a premier ecommerce solutions provider, and Heiler Software, a provider of enterprise Product Information Management (PIM) solutions, have formed a partnership to provide retailers with a combined PIM and eCommerce solution system. The offering will be based on the Heiler enterprise PIM software as the central product data management platform for SysIQ eCommerce solutions powered by IBM WebSphere Commerce and Intershop Enfinity Suite.
The cross-selling potential of ecommerce solutions is most effectively utilized when accurate product information is available. Incorporating PIM software with leading eCommerce platforms will lead to increased sales and efficiencies across multiple channels. SysIQ was looking for a PIM solution that could be integrated with IBM WebSphere Commerce and Intershop Enfinity platforms. This strategic partnership will help SysIQ customers to manage their entire information management process across multiple channels. The license agreement with Heiler Software grants SysIQ the ability to integrate Heiler’s PIM system into SysIQ’s ecommerce solutions, featuring IBM Websphere Commerce and Intershop Enfinity Suite. Furthermore, SysIQ will sell the Heiler PIM to the North American market and will deploy the PDM (Product Data Management) suite as an on-demand/SaaS solution.
