As chief executive officer, Igor is responsible for the global SysIQ operations and the overall company strategy. Igor brings over 15 years of industry expertise to SysIQ and leads business development and sales operations. He has been advising small and middle market companies for over five years. He has sat on several boards and worked on asset integrations as well as divestitures. His specific industry experience includes consumer products and services, basic manufacturing, food services and interactive marketing. Prior to co-founding SysIQ, Igor followed the technology and Internet sectors as an Equity Research Analyst at Palomar Capital Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of United Asset Management Group. Igor cofounded and started a number of successful businesses. In 1997 Igor started National Textbook Network and launched Bookrun.com, an online reseller of textbooks that was later sold to a large online marketplace. Igor developed his management expertise working for companies like Delta Dental Corporation and C-Cor Electronics. Igor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of San Francisco.

Ilya is SysIQ's technology guru, managing SysIQ's infrastructure and client implementations. He brings years of Internet technology experience to SysIQ. Ilya is an experienced systems architect with deep understanding of hardware, software and the business aspects of ecommerce implementations. Prior to co-founding SysIQ, Ilya served in senior software engineering positions at multiple Silicon Valley companies. Ilya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from UC Davis and a Master of Science from Stanford University.

Roman brings years of finance and accounting experience to SysIQ. Prior to co-founding SysIQ, Roman served as Senior Financial Project Manager at ROIdirect.com. Roman also worked in senior financial positions at Providian Financial, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, and Pacific Telesis. Roman earned an MBA in International Business from INSEAD, France and received an undergraduate degree in economics and business from the University of California, Berkeley.

Colin works with SysIQ's customers in a number of professional services related activities, in particular enterprise-class web site implementation. He brings years of experience in project and account management to SysIQ and, prior to SysIQ, worked as a Project Manager and Producer for dot-com start-ups Propel, ROIdirect.com, and Healthshop.com. Colin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California.

Chris works with SysIQ's customers in a variety of professional services related activities, in particular maximizing the business value of online sites. He brings years of experience in account management and marketing to SysIQ. Prior to SysIQ he worked in various positions for CCI, NewTerra, Colo.com, ROIdirect.com and Tymnet. Chris earned a Bachelor or Arts degree in Economics from Rockford College and a MUP from San Jose State University.

As a senior Business Development & Finance executive with over 16 years of multinational finance and operations experience in Fortune 100 companies such as Coca-Cola, AIG, Avon, and Microsoft, Sergei is in charge of SysIQ’s strategic capacity expansion through global presence and reach. He brings practical experience in managing multi-branch established businesses in Eastern Europe, new market entries and start-up projects including setting IT outsourcing teams and establishing national distribution channels; Sergei also has been involved in several corporate restructurings and business acquisitions, and has managed multinational teams of up to 500 people. He has an MBA degree in Corporate Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology, a BS degree in Accounting/Audit from National Economic University of Ukraine, and has been actively involved in a number of joint projects of Harvard Institute of International Development and the Ukrainian government in financial sector reform.

David has been working in the information technologies industry since 1997 when he was actively involved in software development for the National Advanced Driving Simulator program at the University of Iowa. After graduation he dove head first into the ecommerce world by co-founding the online extreme sports retailer Sports Alternative. David then spent nine years working as the IS Director at Action Village Inc., managing their ecommerce website and internal ERP and fulfillment systems. He has devoted many years sitting on the client side of the table and brings that understanding and knowledge into every customer interaction. In his role as a Solution Engineer Dave gathers requirements from clients and analyzes their business and technical needs. He ensures that every custom solution's data structures, data flows, business processes, features, usability, and web design are consistent with industry best practices and meet business needs. David holds Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa.

Eli consults, advises, and enhances the USP of clients in order to help them increase conversions and drive revenue. For the past 13 years he has led teams building web and mobile applications that delight the customer both as an Agile methodology practitioner and evangelist and a certified Project Management Professional. Technical career highlights include leading the team that designed the Location Based Platform for the first Smart Phone (NeoPoint) and OS/2 development and support at IBM, Boca Raton (the birthplace of the PC and OS/2). Eli graduated from Drexel University with Honors with a BS in Mathematics and BS in Mechanical Engineering.
