Our most important standards are:
· Web Services, which are based on SOAP, WSDL and UDDI, as primary enterprise communication and integration protocol. · XML together with complementing standards like XSLT, XML Schema and XPath as “lingua franca” to handle data. · HTTPS, SSL, PKI infrastructure and LDAP as ground work for a robust security infrastructure. · J2EE with its sub-standards such as Servlet, JSP and JCA for integration into common application platform suites. · Java, UML and MDA are just a few of the common development standards Enfinity is built on.
At SysIQ we build our solutions on platforms that are coded to integrate easily with your existing systems. The business processes of all enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) can be fully integrated and reused for all ecommerce activities. SysIQ turns your current back office systems into valuable network assets that can be easily integrated and leveraged in a new business process.
· Batch product loads allow you transfer product data in batch format as a scheduled event. Making data immediately available for categorizing and merchandising on your site. · Batch image loads can also be scheduled similar to product loads. We can establish a predefined standard for naming these images and sending them to staging, which allows for the automation of connecting images and products on the site. · Sales orders are made available in XML format for transfer to external systems. Transfers can be scheduled in batch form or polled by the external system as needed. SysIQ can even translate sales orders into proprietary format for clients who require it. · Customer Data can also be transferred into external systems using XML with the same option set as sales orders. · Shipping information can be sent from a third party and automatically loaded into the system, with email notification going out to the user in real-time. · Inventory updates can be sent via XML in batch form with SKU information and stock levels. Our integration allows for the real time updates of inventory levels. Database:
· Item and data attributes · Category assignment · Price list · Inventory information · Order status · Shipment tracking · Cancellations
Web Services:
· Inventory check · Warranty information · Delivery charge and date · Tax calculation
Web Services is the primary technology we use to integrate backend systems. Web services acts as the protocol for enterprise integration buses. There are connectors, adapters and brokers for those enterprise systems, which do not support Web services yet. SysIQ transforms the Web services protocol into the proprietary protocols of the enterprise systems and vice-versa. Above and beyond that, SysIQ incorporates a vast set of other gateway and connector products.
